The 9th retreat “Learning Practice as the Buddha's teachings” at Dong Cao Pagoda

On the afternoon of Dec. 10th, 2019 (on Nov.15th, the year of the Pig), Dong Cao Pagoda officially opened the 9th retreat “Learning the Practice as the Buddha teachings” for Buddhists attending from 11th – 15th, Dec. 2019.

On the morning of December 11, 2019 (on November 16,the pig year), Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hung - Abbot of Dong Cao pagoda, Chief of Organizers accompanying with Junior Ven. Thich Tam Tuy - Deputy of Organizers, monks of Linh Son Pagoda, Binh Dinh instructed Buddhists to practice some basic rules.

Accepting invitation from the Abbot, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa, Abbot of Hoa Phuc Pagoda, Hanoi, preached the Dharma Talk “I do not  leave away the Buddha” to the mass in the afternoon. Along with easy-to-understand words and his own practice, the monk explained to the mass to have a proper view of the Buddha's teachings and to increase their Bodhi mind. At the end of the talk, Venerable gave the dharma gifts to the attendees.

After that, all of participants began together cultivation.
