The activities at Hoa Phuc Pagoda

On June 22nd, 2019 (lunar May 20th, the year of the Pig), teachers and students from FPT High School came to Hoa Phuc Pagoda to experience a-day studying and activities.

Monk Thich Quang Truc and head of Buddhist members Dinh Hoang Tam guided the rules of Buddha's disciple, introduced to temple and joined together the game “The echo of Dharma Drum", participated in painting contest on Buddha, then practiced meditating, eating lunch in mindfulness.

Accordingly, participants also chanted  the sutra of gratefulness and Blessing, to be peaceful in mind in the session of tea meditation, listening the dharma, and answering questions about life.

On June 23rd, 2019 (lunar May 21st, the Pig year), nearly 300 young people from 5 to 15 years old came Hoa Phuc pagoda to attend the monthly playground “Sowing of Viet Lotus Seeds”.

MC Hieu Linh taught singing and dances, the monk instructed chanting. In addition, all attendees were also listened sharing of planting trees to protect the environment.

On the same day, Vu Long Quyen Sect connected together the pagoda to hold a rite to introduce Vu Long Quyen Martial Arts Club at Hoa Phuc Pagoda - Health Training Club and self-defense, supporting activities for children of the Buddhists and villagers. (free weekly in Sunday afternoon).
