The affairs of preparing for the great ceremony of the Buddha's Birthday at Dong Cao pagoda in Thanh Hoa province

Each Vesak season appears, although there are many difficulties, on the monks’ responsibility of propagation, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hung, Abbot of Dong Cao Pagoda at Nga Yen commune, Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province instructed all buddhists who returned together to decorate and prepare the Vesak, Buddhist calendar in 2562 (in 2018) which shows their gratitude’s mind to the Sakyamuni Buddha.

On this occassion, the Junior Ven. reminded all who should respond to the spirit “all people welcoming the Buddha’s Birthday, all families greeting His Birthday” which is introduction of good conditions to many regions that Buddha Dharma has not yet been propagated. In the afternoon of same day, the Junior Ven. led young Buddhists to households decorating Lumbini garden to offer incenses, take a bath to the Buddha and grant dhrama gifts written by the Senior Abbot Ven. of Hoang Phap pagoda.
