The ceremony groundbreaking to build charity houses in Ngoc Liep commune.

Anniversary of Buddhist Calendar in 2643 and celebrate the Buddha Birthday of United Nations of Vesak in 2019 to be held for the third time in Vietnam, on the morning of April 20th, 2019, monks, Buddhists and members of the charitable group Chanh Duc at Hoa Phuc Pagoda and the local authorities, people of Dong Bo village (Ngoc Liep commune, Quoc Oai district) solemnly held a groundbreaking ceremony to build the charity house for Mrs. Kieu Thi Xuan, one of the alone old women with a difficult situation in the commune.

Attending the ceremony was Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa - Abbot of Hoa Phuc Pagoda; Mr. Nguyen Van Duc - Vice Chairman of the Red Cross at Quoc Oai District; Mr. Phung Van Sau - Vice Chairman of Ngoc Liep commune and local people at the region.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the sangha and Buddhists, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa shared about the compassion spirit of support and charitable activities associated with cultivating activity. On behalf of the local government, Mr. Phung Van Sau thanked Junior Ven. for the monks' concern and support in building a charity house for Mrs. Kieu Thi Xuan. He also expressed his wish that the pagoda will continue to support the difficult circumstances in and outside the locality.

Before groundbreaking construction, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa and the present deputies prayed for supporting of the Buddhas to help the building soon to be completed.
