The ceremony praying for peace in the beginning of the early year at Dang Phap pagoda - Binh Phuoc

In the morning of February 18th, 2019 (lunar Jan 14th, the year of Pig), Dang Phap pagoda at Bu Dang district, Binh Phuoc's province held the ceremony praying for peace on beginning of the year.

During the ceremony, the Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hanh, the monk of Hoang Phap Pagoda, shared a Dharma talk with the theme around of praying for the safety is right the Dharma. Perhaps in us, everyone wants himself and his family to be peaceful and happy. As going to the pagoda to pray for a safety family is a legitimate desire, but how do we pray properly and achieve results? Through the sharing session, the Junior Ven. helped the mass to have a more correct view of praying and being more diligent in their cultivating.

After the dharma talk, the mass towards the Three Jewels celebrated the rite of praying for peace at the year’s beginning.
