The Ceremony Praying for Peace in the New Year at Dong Cao Pagoda (internality) in Thanh Hoa.

Besides entertainment activities every Tet comes, the custom of going to pagodas at the beginning of the year has become a traditional beauty of thousands of generations. Due to the outbreak of the epidemic, all activities complied with disease prevention regulations to ensure the public health.

The Junior Abbot said, in the current situation, we should return to the inner mind to practice together, increase internal strength. After that, the monk and the public offered incense toward the ten directions of the Three Jewels, recited the Sigalovada sutta and performed the rite release creatures.

Next, it was the ritual of giving food to the alone souls, guided by the Abbot.

The New Year's peaceful ceremony ended in the joy of all.
