The Founder 's death anniversary at Tây Khánh Pagoda in Thái Bình Province

With the spirit of gratitude to the Patriarch every year, the monks of Tay Khanh pagoda and the monks who are studying at the branches of Hoang Phap pagoda in the North return to the ancestor's hometown, offer up the incense, commemorate the merit of the Founder.
Tay Khanh pagoda in Thai Binh province is the first place on the Patriarch's Dharma propaganda. From this temple, he went to many ancient temples to restore, established Duc Anh Institute in Kien An, came to the South to practice and establish Hoang Phap Pagoda.
The ceremony was witnessed with the presence of Junior Thich Thanh Quyen, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Kien Xuong district; Monks and nuns from the district, as well as monks from the Hoang Phap custom and local Buddhists also attended.
At the beginning of the ceremony, the mass spent a minute commemorating Late Grand Master Ngo Chan Tu, a virtuous master, teacher of many generations of Buddhist's disciples. In the rite, all attendees heard Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa, the abbot of Hoa Phuc pagoda proclaimed the Grand Master’s biography. Next, those were the performances and recitations of the poem "Remembering my master" composed by Senior Ven Thich Chan Tinh, the abbot of Hoang Phap pagoda. At the end of the rite, Junior Thich Tam Kinh, the abbot of Tay Khanh Pagoda, on behalf of the Organizers, thanked the delegates and Buddhists for their valuable time to attend the ceremony. Next, the mass came to the main hall to perform the Patriarch memorial rite.
