The Great Ceremony of Buddha Birthday at Dang Phap Pagoda, Binh Phuoc

On May 19th, 2024 (April 12th, LC), Dang Phap Pagoda in Binh Phuoc province (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda’s sect) held the Great Ceremony of Buddha's Birthday, Buddhist calendar 2568.

All participants listened to a Dharma talk about "The Meaning of Buddha Birthday" shared by Junior Thich Tam Hanh - Monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda (Dong Nai province) before celebrating the ceremony.

He analyzed the cause of Buddha's birth, enlightened the truth and the Three Jewels were formed with profound meaning.

Next, the mass welcomed the presence of the Sangha to perform the ritual of Buddha Birthday.

After introducing the program and participants, Senior Thich Thien Thanh proclaimed the Buddha's Birthday Message of Dharma Lord of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Buddhist Calendar 2568.

Finishing the Buddha bathing ritual, the ceremony closed in the joy of the mass.
