The Great Ceremony of Buddha Birthday at Tam Phap Pagoda, Binh Phuoc

Dance performances to celebrate Buddha's birthday were designed by Junior Thich Tam Trieu and Buddhists of Tam Phap Pagoda. Next, Junior Thich Tam Luan - Abbot of Bao Quang Pagoda, Cam My district, Dong Nai province delivered a speech to the mass.
After the dharma talk, the ceremony was witnessed in presence of the Sangha to perform the ritual of Buddha Birthday.
Attending the ritual was the presence of Mr. Thich Minh Loc, Head of Director Board (DB) of Bu Dop District’s Buddhist Sangha; Junior Thich Giac Tam, Vice DB of Hon Quan District’s Buddhist Sangha, Abbot of Thanh Hoa Pagoda; Monks of Bu Dop District, monks and Buddhists of Hoang Phap Pagoda, and representatives of local government departments along with more than 600 man and woman Buddhists everywhere returned to the temple to attend the ceremony.
At the beginning, the mass sang the song "Vietnamese Buddhism". Then, there was a minute of silence to remember the martyrs, the Patriarchs who made good contributions to Buddhism, heroic soldiers who died for the peace and happiness of mankind. After that, Senior Thich Minh Loc offered incense and performed the ceremony. Representatives of pagodas in Bu Dop district, local authorities and agencies also offered gifts to the Blessed One and congratulated the Abbot and Buddhists on the occasion of Buddha's birthday. After that, the monks - nuns and Buddhists jointly performed the celebration of the birthday and bathed the Buddha.
At the end of the ceremony, Junior Thich Tam Duyet paid his gratitude to all the Sangha and Buddhists.
The ceremony took place in the solemn atmosphere and perfect achievement in joy of the mass.
After the ritual, all participants enjoyed a warm vegetarian buffet in the cocultivation relationship.
