The great ceremony of the Buddha’s birthday at Dang Phap pagoda in Binh Phuoc province

Dang Phap pagoda at hamlet 2, Doan Ket commune, Bu Dang district, Binh Phuoc province organized the great ceremony of the Buddha’s birthday on the morning of May 27th, 2018 (lunar Apr. 13th, dog year).

The ceremony was witnessed by the deputies, such of Delegates of Director Board of Viet Nam Buddhism Association in the district, local Venerable Nuns and Monks and the around provinces;

There were the district’s faculties and deparments, Doan Ket commune as deputies of local government, representers of hamlet 2, as well as many Buddhists  attended.

In the ceremony, after the performred rite of songs “National Song” and “Religious Song”, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Quang declared the message from the Dharma President of Vietnam Buddhism Association which talked to Monks, Nuns, lay people of Viet Nam on occasion the great ceremony, Buddhist calendar in 2562, in 2018. 

Next, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hanh also declared the speech from the Most President of Central Director Concil ofVietnam Buddhism Association.

In the ceremony, local government had a speech for greeting and appealed Buddhism followers to have their achievements to welcome the Buddha’s Birthday and live a benefit life for living and religion, as well as unite to build the more beautiful and richer locality.

After the formal rite, the Sangha Venerables performed taking a bath for the Buddha and vowed for a peaceful world and living beings may live in peace and contentment.
