The Great Ullambana Ceremony at Giai Lam Pagoda, Ha Tinh

The great ceremony was witnessed by Junior Thich Chuc Cuong, Chief Secretary of Ha Tinh Buddhist Sangha, Head of Buddhist Director Board of Ky Anh District, Abbot of Huu Lac Pagoda; Junior Thich Nguyen Hoa, Head of Ritual Department of Nghi Xuan District, Abbot of Yen Phuc Pagoda; Monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda, Tan Lam Huong Commune authorities, and nearly 500 men and women Buddhists in the area attended.
After stabilizing the ashram and respectfully welcoming the venerables, it is the reading of Meaning of Rose Pinning. Next, Junior Thich Chuc Cuong had a few words of Dharma to Buddhists about the example of filial piety and vow of Maudgalyayana Bodhisattva.
In the program, Giai Lam pagoda offered items of almsgivings to the Sangha on the Pravaranà day.
