The night "Lighting up the Candles of Gratitude on the Filial Piety Season" at Quoc Thoi Pagoda.

Quoc Thoi Pagoda (An Hoa, Long Thoi, Cho Lach, Ben Tre) solemnly organized "Lighting up the Candles of Gratitude" to commemorate merit the parents on Aug. 25th, 2019 (lunar July 25th, the year of the pig).

Witness the ceremony, there were the presence the Most Ven. in the Director Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha at Cho Lach district, monks Ven. at the pagodas in the district. On the Authority, there were delegates from Cho Lach district, Long Thoi commune and Buddhists from Ho Chi Minh City, local residents,. etc, came to attend.

The ceremony took place in the solemn atmosphere and respect of all attendees. The candles bear the symbol of gratitude to all merit, the repentance of mistakes, the renewal of oneself toward good. Later, the demonstrated Venerable had a few dharma words to the mass who had to live up the duties, a filial piety person in repay for the parents' merit.

In addition, to contribute to the program of the ceremony, the presence of actress Dao Vu Thanh had a show of performance for all participants.

The ceremony closed in the deep gratitude of everyone.
