The picnic program of “Happy and Peaceful Summer” of Piety class at Hoa Phuc pagoda

Hoa Phuc pagoda at Hoa Thach commune, Quoc Oai district, Ha Noi City organized the picnic program of “Happy and Peaceful Summer” for 115 pupils who are learning the class of pious way and Buddhists’ children at the pagoda

The leader of picnic group is Junior Ven. Thich Tam Giai, vice Abbot of Hoa Phuc pagoda, a monk teacher of the pious way’s class, as well as support of the young Buddhist board and the parents.

The picnic program includes visiting Uncle Ho mausoleum, Vestige areas of Vice Chairman and listening tourist’s explaination about traces around of “One-Pillar Pagoda, house on stilt, Uncle Ho‘s fishpond, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Relic House 54etc., From Ms. Tourist’s explaination, the children knows more history, Uncle Ho’s life, by which they follow their example and train morals themselves, increase the nation’s pride, make attempt of study, so that they will be true host of the country in future and develop together dharma religion. 

After ending of the trip visiting Uncle Ho Mausoleum, the group returned to have a vegetable meal at Tinh Thuc Quan restaurant, a famous and big one in Ha Noi City. At this place, little Tinh Hung, on behalf of Piety class, show some words of gratitude to the Venerables, the parents, students and Ms. Thanh, a restaurant hostess, who supported and organized a meaningful picnic program. Junior Ven. Thich Tam Giai appreciated and express gratitude to Tinh Thuc Quan restaurant where enthusiastically gave a delicious and pure luncheon to teachers and people of Hoa Phuc pagoda. The youth and their parents were joyful within delicious and graceful dishes.

The final destination of picnic trip is Dai Tu An Buddhist School of Intermediate Dharma, a school teaching monks and nuns in Ha Noi. This pagoda was charged by Senior Ven. Thich Tien Dat, a monk teacher of Hoa Phuc pagoda. Returning the pagoda, the children were instructed in worshiping to the Triratna, offering to the Buddha. Besides, they went sightseeing, played, and took photo at Dan Phuong Superior Ecology Zone.

Ending the trip, loving transportation of the pious way’s class destined at Hoa Phuc pagoda in the joy and excitement, nice memories with the monks. Today, the monks have sowed seeds, hoped they will bloom flowers, flowers of virtuous person, flowers of compassion and wisdom, flowers of dharma religion and people.
