The playground “Sowing of Viet Lotus Seeds” on lunar Dec. in the Dog year

Continuing the study program for the children every month, as well as celebrating the anniversary of the Buddha's enlightenment on lunar December 8 in the year of dog, monks and Buddhists of Hoa Phuc pagoda at Hoa Truc hamlet, Hoa Thach Commune, Quoc Oai District, Hanoi City, solemnly organized the playground “Sowing Viet lotus seeds” for children. The retreat attracted the participation of 100 children from everywhere

To summarize the lessons that the children have learned during the past 1 year, all of them have been given a year - end doctrine test by the Venerable Thich Tam Giai - the Deputy Head of Hoa Phuc Pagoda "Copy a short sutra of Blessing and write your feeling about the Buddha's teachings of the filial piety".

In the afternoon, the attendees participated in the game show "Catching pigs" under the guidance of MC Dinh Khoe. Participants were able to challenge their intellect and received the gift such piggy bank and artistic balloons. The gift of piggy bank that the children receive from the Hoa Phuc pagoda will help them to save money to the end in 2019, they will use it to do charity work, share with small children who have faced more difficult than them.

After that, Ven Tam Giai gave the test, commented and then reported of summary by the little kids.

The final study program of the year of dog with the little friends welcomed the Venerable Thich Tam Hoa - the abbot of Hoa Phuc pagoda. Ven sent thanks to Monks Tam Giai, parents and attendees who kept on and tried to develop the children playground into a useful learning environment to the future generations.
