The Retreat "The happiness of participants on the Buddha's Birthday"

Harmony with the atmosphere to welcome The Great Ceremony of Vesak United Nations is joyful all over the world. With the pride by Buddha’s disciples, who are celebrating the special birthday event of the Buddha Shakyamuni was on Apr. 08th, Lunar Calendar (on May 12th, 2019). There are nearly 150 young participants in Hanoi to Hoa Phuc Pagoda (Hoa Thach, Quoc Oai, Hanoi) to attend the tea meditation retreat with the theme "The happiness of participants on the Buddha's Birthday".

 In addition to practicing chanting, walking meditation, listening to the dharma, young people attended experiential program with the theme If there is only one day to live - let observe to yourself.

The players will overcome obstacles to connect the team’s spirit, then exchange to journalist Hoang Anh Suong with the theme of “Happiness in a compassion heart”. In particular, the night of tea meditation "The happiness of participants on the Buddha's Birthday" was taught by Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa, as  abbot of Hoa Phuc pagoda gave meaningful guide and bringing variety of emotions.

On this occasion, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hoa also organized a refuge ceremony on the Three Jewels for the young.
