According to the Buddhist concept, with the intended purpose, the meaning of celebrating the praying ceremony for peace in initial year is for yourself and your relatives to give up evil and perform good deeds such as releasing living creature, donating, offering the Three Jewels ... and vowing to dedicate the merit of good deeds to yourself and your family to pass the accidents, increase evil-lessened ability, reduce crime and raise blessing. Also, body and mind are at peace.

More broadly in relation to ethnicity, the praying ceremony for peace meant for prosperous country and people would live in peace and safe. The praying for peace ceremony was held at the beginning of the year at the temple, where there is a quiet scene exacerbating effectiveness about content in organizing rituals.

With this reason, on January 9th Rooster Year Tieu Dao Pagoda- Ha Long Province held the ceremony wishing for peace for 2000 buddhists and local people.

The ceremony started from 2:00 pm and ended at 4:00 pm, which brought joy, peace in each personâ€™ body and mind.
