Visit and giving Tet gifts in Quang Ngai province of Hoa Phuc pagoda

On behalf of Buddhists of Hoa Phuc Pagoda in Hanoi, Junior Thich Tam Hoa, the abbot of Hoa Phuc pagoda, visited and gave Tet gifts to residents in disadvantaged areas after the historic flood in Pho Thuan commune, Duc Pho town, Quang Ngai province on January 22nd, 2021.

Here, the monks gave 102 gifts, each of them including 1 million in cash and the calendar in 2021. The total amount of charity is 120,000,000 VND.

On this trip, his delegation visited and donated 10,000,000 VND to An Son Pagoda, Quang Ngai, managed by Junior Ven Thich Tam Khuyen. This is a small temple located in An Dinh village for many years without a monk. Currently, this monk vowed to bring Buddha-Dharma light to enlighten the people of this rich land in humanistic traditions.

In the afternoon of the same day, monks accompanied Junior Ven Thich Nguyen Loc, Abbot of Buu Chau Pagoda, Quang Ngai visited some pagoda scene in the area and met the Buddhists in the 2019 pilgrimage.
