By the instructing to Head Master Thich Chan Tinh in the news of Most Thích Tri Tinh's death - Vice Dharma Lord of VietNam Buddhist Sangha residing at Vinh Nghiem pagoda, Junior Abbot Thich Tam Truong, and monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda visited and offered incense to the Late Most spirit, praying for His soul will come to the pure land of Buddha in the afternoon of Oct. 08th, 2025 (Aug. 17th, LC).

Elder Most Thich Tri Tinh is a Head Trung Hau pagoda, Prover Master of Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, the Abbot of Linh Phong, Bao An, Bich Van, Kim Son Bao Thang, Bao Hai Linh Thong Pagodas..., Founder of Linh Phong Thien Uyen (Ba Ria - Vung Tau) now in Vung Tau Ward, HCMC. The 8th National Congress of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (2017) honored him as the Deputy Dharma Lord of Proving Council and he has held the position until now.

Because of old age, he followed the impermanent rule and gave up the physical body at Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, 339 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC at 04h 30; lived 94 years old, and 74 years old of religion on Oct. 08th, 2025.

His corpse putting into the coffin was at 16 p.m Oct. 08th, 2025 residing at Vinh Nghiem Pagoda, 339 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC.

The rite of commemorating will begin at 05:00 on Oct. 12th, 2025, then, move the coffin to the Most 's stupa at Linh Phong Thiền Uyển pagoda residing at 122 Phan Chu Trinh, Vung Tau Ward, HCMC.
