Visiting Truong Phap Pagoda, Hau Giang

Monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda and Buddhists visited Truong Phap Pagoda in Hau Giang Province and Truc Lam Phuong Nam Monastery in Can Tho City on April 7th, 2025.

The group arrived at Truong Phap Pagoda in Hau Giang in the morning, the pagoda is managed and supervised by Junior Thich Tam Y and Junior Thich Tam Nghien. Most Master Thich Chan Tinh, Junior Thich Tam Truong of the Abbot of Hoang Phap pagoda, Monks led the group to visit the campus, and see the pagoda construction progress.

 

Next, the Most Master shared his aspiration to propagate the Dharma, his ideal of saving lives was inspired and nurtured by the Founder since he first left home to study Buddhism. Then, he has always worked hard to build retreat models, train talented monks, establish monasteries, use all means to spread Buddhism to life and try the most favorable conditions for everyone to study Buddhism.

 

The prosperity of Buddhism is not only thanks to the monks’ propagation but also thanks to the support of lay people, so the Most reminds Buddhists to maintain their faith, diligently cultivate the teachings to have correct views, not to waver in the face of negative influences and lose faith in the Three Jewels.

 

Last, the group had lunch and continued the trip to Truc Lam Phuong Nam Monastery, Can Tho.

 

The trip ended in the joy of the mass.
