Wedding ceremony at the pagoda

In the witness of the couple"s relatives, these ones performed the traditional custom such as worshiping to the Triratna, their parents, and then giving each other their wedding ring, as well as vowing to keep faithfulness together during their life ethic principles that the Buddha taught.
Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh, Abbot of Hoang Phap pagoda, on behalf the present Sangha had a dharma talk to these young couples. The key to keep happiness is harmony; it is the joyful and peaceful core. The harmony of wife and husband is the warmness inside and outside; the harmony between parents and children is to keep the family"s morallity, as well as educate following generations.
Besides, the Senior Ven. reminded these young ones who carefully need to prepare their necessary luggage for the future. That is their refuge on the Triratna and keeping on five precepts. Each of them should study Buddha dharma, live sincerely and believe in the cause and effect law and blessing fault. Five precepts is a moral foundation to make a good person. Ones who keep five precepts will gain their happiness at present life and next life in future.
