Despite the Northern frosty and prolonged drizzly weather, the Sangha and Buddhists of Can Mon Pagoda in the joyful spirit was busy finishing decorating the pagoda to welcome the Spring, which is also a welcome to Buddha Maitreya’s birthday (lunar January, the first)
